Welcome to Wild Crest Xperiences (WCX). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. About Wild Crest Xperiences
Wild Crest Xperiences (WCX) is a digital platform that connects users to unique experiences across Kenya. These include experiences offered by independent third-party providers, as well as select experiences created and operated directly by WCX.
While WCX primarily acts as an intermediary — facilitating access to a wide network of trusted providers — we also offer exclusive, in-house experiences such as our signature Outdoor Garden Movie Experience at Elefari Gardens. For such experiences, WCX is the direct service provider and assumes full responsibility for their delivery.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this platform. If you are using WCX on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings made through WCX are subject to availability and confirmation by the third-party provider.
WCX facilitates payments on behalf of providers. Payment terms, including deposits, refunds, and cancellations, are determined by the individual providers and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Users are responsible for reviewing all details before confirming any booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Each experience listed on WCX has its own cancellation and refund policy, as provided by the third-party provider. Please read and understand these terms before completing your booking. WCX will not be held liable for any refund disputes between users and providers.
5. User Responsibilities
By using WCX, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Respect all laws and regulations while participating in any listed experience.
- Abide by the terms set by the provider of the experience.
- Use the platform lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
WCX is not liable for the conduct, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any third-party provider or experience.
WCX shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in any experience booked through the platform.
7. Disputes
In case of disputes between users and experience providers, WCX may assist in mediation but is not legally obligated to resolve the issue. We recommend resolving disputes directly with the provider in the first instance.
8. Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform, including these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Wild Crest Xperiences or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. Privacy

11. Governing Law
